He was born in County Leitrim c1845 (Dromahaire - town) and he was living in Worcester, massachusetts, USA in 1867. He worked at Grove St Iron & Wire works. I got this from my Gt Gt Grandfather's army records. His father was called James and his mother Mary. He had a brother called john (my gt gt grandfather). Any info on him would be great. But I noticed an entries in the 1920 USA census (and earlier ones) for a Michael McHugh living in Norfolk, MA b ireland 1846. I can't access the records as I only have UK coverage. I would be grateful for any help. Thanks Una
