Hi,
I amtrying to find information on Thomas Williams, namely the census for 1841, 51, 61 and 71

All I have so far is :

Birth - Hampstead, Middlesex, England

1873 - 11 Mar
Age: 36
Marriage to Esther Hook - Hampstead, Middlesex, England - Christ Church

1873
Age: 36
Occupation - Hampstead, Middlesex, England - Sergeant of the Militia

1874
Age: 37
Occupation - Hampstead, Middlesex, England - Hospital Sergeant

Before 1890
Age: 53
Death

Occupation - Soldier

His father was Thomas Williams, his mother unknown

Not sure if he was a Thomas 'L'. I can't seem to find much at all on him. Thanks Chris, but he should only be 36 on marriage cert as he was born around 1837ish and married 1873. Regards, Seb

I have just found a Thomas Williams in 1861, Stoke Dameral, Devon. He is in barracks and a rank of Corporal. Seems feasible, Says this T.W was born abt 1838 St.Johns, Middlesex (anywhere near Hampstead?). He is a sergeant in 1873

I'm not sure. Her baptism record is for Esther Hook, would the parents have dropped the 'Louisa' part of her name that quickly? Or possibly omitted a middle name of Louisa, that she later switched?

Sorry, double checked. Esther was born circa 1828. The births above would have been to late to be her, thanks anyway
