I wasn't sure Margee's 1911 was your guy, but how many WS Morrows are born on Xmas day, even if the years a bit off.

[P6 L43 addy=82 Union Ave - Union ends at Sherbrooke where McGill uni blocks it. I guess he was a block SE of Sherbrooke, close to Burnside. I don't see Burnside now, but there is an Avenue du President Kennedy abt where I'ld expect it to be]

Although Louise is listed as Wife, she's also a widow - presumably she's his mum, and Edith's his sister.

Since you give his dob, I presume you've seen this - note Wm's b.rego also says his parents were wed on 20/3/1853 (20 might be 21). Search for poss kids there.
