If anyone has access to the 1930 US Census, I would be most grateful if they could let me know what information there is on Frederick J Cain. Shown in New York City, NY. Birth about 1872, birthplace England. If there is info on the 1920 census I would be pleased to hear about it. I know he left England after the UK 1911 Census. |

Blimey, that was quick. Now that's very interesting regarding the Kings in the household, as I think his second wife was Helen King. I can't find what happened to his first wife Elizabeth Pricella something or other. ( I will have to chech FreeBMD for their marriage to see if I can find her maiden name.) Thanks. Bob |

Bob - you'll see where I've added the relationships on the 1930 that I posted that Ellen King must have previously been married to a Mr Renny and it looks like she had her first son (Herbert) before that marriage. |

Thanks for all your help. I am still uncertain that this is the Frederick James Cain I am looking for. His 1st wife was Elizabeth Pricella Ladd, who was the mother of his children, but I am unable to find a marriage. Their 1st child, also Frederick was born 1904, and they are all shown in the 1911 census in Ealing. I know that the Ealing connection is correct because I have today spoken to his grand-daughter.
