Hi All Im hoping there is a kind person out ther that may be able to help .
I have an Arthur Thorne born 1898 seaforth liverpool.that went to canada when he was 14 years old ,I knowhe married ,and had a daughter called helen .
Im tring to find out if he was on child transport in 1912 0r 1913 or was he sent out to family altready there but cant find him on any ships list or what part of canada he when to .

Hi Marie , Arthur mother was Jessie Thorne ,he had a sister LIlly [Lillian]and a brother george that both stayed in England Im ot sure of his father on lillys birth csrt the fathers name is Davies but when she married she drop the Davies and put her name as thorne is this any help

Do you mean Jessie was called Davies before she married, or did she remarry later?
