do not know if he was living in cornwall? or something to do with mining
he is my uncle never met him i saw a david wills born south africa do not know any relation to james does it show where he went when he returned to uk? many thanks

What else do know about him, was he living in Cornwall, was he something to do with mining?
What is the record you have found
There are records on other sites showing someone with this name and birth year going to the Gold Coast and back to the UK.
