Hi all,

Frederick Bethell and Josephine Mary Hargreaves married in 1930.
I know they were divorced.
Is there a way of finding out when?
Is it recorded anywhere like a BMD cert?

I'm sure someone knows the answer!

Have you looked at the National Archives website

If either of them remarried, it should be on the Marriage Certificate.

Also, as divorce was fairly unusual it was often reported in the local paper.
