Please can anyone find information on William Kelly/Kelley b 1898 Heavitree Exeter Devon son of Richard Kelly b 1874 South Tawton Devon.
William (my uncle)was in the Navy or Merchant Navy and later I remember him living in Barnstaple Devon.I don`t know if he married or if there were children.
He is on the 1901 and 1911 census
His mother was Susan nee Chown B 1874 Exeter who later married Walter Aggett.
Anything you can find would be a great help
