Hi Mike, on the 1871 image it has Son but in the marital status it has Nephew which makes me think that Enoch was Nephew to Joseph, the Head, but Son to one of the others; I'm assuming Sarah as she is listed as his Mother in 1911 census

The 1871 posted has Enoch as Nephew.
However the original has this crossed out and written son
