I posted here last year and Vicci sent me two replies about John Huxtable
I found him in the census on the first Cardiff address but now want to trace the second address . Is it the same John Huxtable and when would he have been in Aber Houses .?Where did Vicci find that address ?

These are the posts from last year

The only way I can find Aber Houses is by using fmp's address search.

I only found them in the 1901 census by putting in Llandyfodog in the Residential Place box. Then click on Other establishments and you will find Aber Houses. Only problem is they are all numbered, starting at no.9.

Below is an example. I can't find your man anywhere.

I found him on the 1881 census at the Cardiff address .. It was a public house . ( lodging there )
He left Wales around 1883 '4 and moved to Lancashire .
I want to know when he was in Aber Houses
The reason is I now have my great-grandfathers birth certificate and on that it says Father John Huxtable , Cowbridge Occupation ,Gardener
Mother , Margaret Thomas . Domestic Servant Aber House port Talbot . I contacted Swansea Archives and they replied that as the birth was registerd in Bridgend Aber House must be in that area . There is a big house named Aber house near the Aber houses in Llandyfodog and I think he may have been the gardener there at the time Margaret was in service . They weren't married.
I din't connect the addresses until now . and wondered where Vicci had got that address for him and what date he was there.
