Find Ancestors

I am trying to find out about the family of my paternal grandmother - Bertha Mathilda Bolte. I believe she was born in Hoexter in Prussia in 1867, the daughter of Friedrich and Jenni Bolte. She had four siblings, Karoline, Heinrich, Hermann and Johanna.
At some point in her life she moved to Southern Africa and initially married George Davies and then after he died she married my grandfather William Stevens.
I know all about the family from then onwards but would like to find out more about my Bolte ancestors and also what became of her siblings, Karoline, Heinrich, Hermann and Johanna.
Any help would be much appreciated.
