He and Carmen were living in the Uxbridge area of Middlesex in the 1960's and in Ashford Middlesex in 2002 where they had been for 2 years They don't show on later rolls but may have just opted out of being on the public electoral rolls .
They don't show on the deaths to 2007 but may have passed since
