Robert William is on the 1871 Census age 5 as grandson to Charlotte Herring b1823 Hillborough
its under his surname as Tooey on the page 9 of the actual Census I have Virtue's death certificate she died of TB in Norfolk to Dont think she married Waller she only lived with him as i have been intouch with the Waller decendents and they have searched to no avail for a marriage for them Brenda
