The age is out from the census- but could be one of these deaths:

According to the papers Mr Matthias Mumberson of Old Park owned Swinside (33 acres of land, farmhouse, orchard, two cottages etc) and put it up for auction in 1854. Although Matthias owned the land it was in the occupation of John Bell who I believe farmed the land.

Trying to find out the history of Th Swinside Inn, Newlands Valley, Keswick Cumbria,
espically Mr Mumberson who owned Swinside Estate in 1854
