Find Ancestors

I'm looking for help with this lady whose past I'm pretty much stuck on.She married into the Morgan side of the Millar family.She married Daniel Morgan in 1908 in Barrow-in-Furness & is on the 1911 census in Barrow with him.Her daughter-Mary I was born in Barrow in 1900-there's no fathers name on the birth certificate,but,it could well be Daniel Morgan (his mother was called Mary,& the families lived within yards of each other on Barrow Island) Mary was born to Lucy & registered with the surname Watters.Lucy is on the 1901 census with her mum-Elizabeth Watters,& daughter,who seems to of been named Polly ???
I cannot find Lucy on the 1891 census-nor her mum.
I cannot find Elizabeth on the 1881 census either.
I cannot find Lucys birth-she's said to of been born in Newcastle in 1882 ?
(I have managed to find a 'possible' in Gateshead,not far away)
I cannot find a marriage for her parents,as I don't know her fathers forename,can't find anything for an Elizabeth marrying a Watters?
Elizabeth ??? is said to of been born in Collington,Cornwall,but I haven't been able to find that one yet either :(

Really struggling with this one,any help MUCH appreciated,CHEERS.
