Seeking some help for a Thomas Tunstead born Abt 1866 Ireland died 1948 Manchester.
I know he married a Elizabeth Ellen Adkinson 6/8/1889 at Collyhurst Albert Memorial Church Manchester.& he died in 1948 at Manchester, his children were Thomas 1898, William 1906 Freda 1910 & John Thomas 24/12/1911
It stated on the marriage certificate his father was a William Tunstead a Tailor this is who I am looking for further information on

I found Thomas & Eliza E living in Upper Conranlt Harpswikey Lancaster Manchester (I can not read these names) aged 35 a Paper Stained Engraver with son Thomas aged 2 ( born 1898)

speaking as someone who grew up 9 miles from Manchester, I do have to say that this makes absolutely no sense at all.

Where did you find this???? It's an absolute garbage transcription!!

Maybe I could read what is really written there!

Has anyone got the 1939 Register? I have looked for Thomas Tunstead born abt 1866 Ireland who died 1948 at Manchester, also his wife Elizabeth Ellen born 1870 died 1940 at Manchester with no luck even looked on names sounding similar
