The birth's not showing on ScotlandsPeople.

Where did you find the names, please?
Was it on her marriage cert? Though if it was, she didn't marry on Lewis, as far as I can see.

Maybe the birth of the Jessie in the 1891 census above, but don't know parents' names without spending credits:

1891 isn't free - it's only on Ancestry and Find My Past

The Ancestry transcription of the marriage is wrong - the year on the cert is clearly 1914

Both parties were aged 28

The name isn't McKean on any records that I can see...................where did you see that spelling?
