Yes, I have come across both those trees and have contacted the owners, but as you say no evidence of documentation. As to Thomas and Elizabeth being his parents I am not convinced, found all the baptisms for their other children but none for George so why was he left out?

I cannot say that George senior was even born in Bristol, my great Aunt who has now died always said the Coole family came over from Northern Ireland and I know my father went over there in 1937-38 looking for family graves.

When did George die?

In 1778 George Coole married Elizabeth Austin St Philip and St Jacob, Bristol. Wander if George remarried in 1807? Came across a marriage that year to a Sarah Williams.
