But I am so pleased to be able to update my on-line tree with details of the DIXON*MESON marriage. Several others have published trees assigning Phoebe Thacker as mother of these children, should be Sarah Meson.

SO the 5 children born to his first marriage have a mother Sarah (according to baptisms), maiden surname MASON or MEESON (according to GRO registrations).
But I cannot see a marriage, or a death for this Sarah DIXON (nee MASON?). She must have died between 1848 and 1851. Can another pair of eyes see something I have missed?
