Hi I have a John McAlpine born 1831 Linlithgow Scotland his parents were George & Jessie/Cecilia Liddle, I have he married Margaret Hall 1852 Northumberland 1961 in Linlithgow 71 Northumberland 81 Northumberland then nothing their is a death 1887 Northumberland that seems to fit? .

I have been thinking of joining My heritage as they have records from USA etc that you can view ?? whilst looking into it I have a match with some one on there for John and they have it he died 24 Feb 1914 Ontario Canada ?

It has me wondering if I have been following the right person I can't get in touch with this person as I'm not a paid up member so I was hoping some one can find this John McAlpine who died 1914 to see if it could be the same person
