Are you sure that Peter survived as far as WW1 as he does not appear on 1901 or 1911 census and on the 1911 census his widowed father James states that he had 4 children, 2 of whom are still alive at that time ? - These would appear to have been Alfred and Thomas ?

Having said that, I can't see a death for him anywhere?

I was not sure that Peter survived as he was not listed in the census of 1901 but I was told he'd died in WW1 along with Alfred. Thanks for clearing this up.
