Find Ancestors

I am just wondering if anybody can look up a public tree on Ancestry as I am not a member. I understand if it can't be done.
Alma is my son-in-laws grandmother and having trouble finding her birth. She was born 1910 Victoria Australia. The only one I found was born 1920 and thought that was the one but having checked their 50th Anniversary in 1984 her husband Frederick Ellis Kilby was 76 (born 1908) and she was 74 which makes her just two years younger which would be 1910. I found a public tree for her husband with her name - the tree was Smout/Caspar
This is the one thing I cannot find, perhaps you could look up census or birthdate through another site. Maybe you could find the Census for 1910 or birth in places I cannot go.

marriad to Edward, youngest son of
Mrs. T. Hayley, Yarraville, late of
Werribce, and the late Mr. Hayley,
by Rev. Fr. t. Beare.
The brde, who entered the church
on the arm of h:er father, was frocked
in white satin and carried a trailing
'bouquet of white dahlias and tuber
roses. The long tulle veil, whi:h fell
in folds over her train, was held in
place by a halo orange blossom.
Her sister, Mrs. M. Hickey, as
matron of honor, wore a frock of blue
lace and net, with a matching felt
hat, and carried a .posy of pink car
nations and blue delphinium.
Mr. L. Toohey attended to the
duties of ibest man.
The reception took place at the
home of the bride's parents.
