Didn't see attachment, to PM you sent to me, apologies. You could have typed it in here as I've done.

The part you've attached -

Administration of the personal estate of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid court to Hannah Barker of 1 Hall Street aforesaid widow of the said deceased and Anna Maria Barker of 27 Wigmore Street in the county of Middlesex Spinster daughter of the said deceased the Executrix.

Looks to be administration of the estate only with no will.

Your OP says -
"I am looking for any information for henry warrey barker born in 1852 in devon his sister anna maria barker & their step sister mary ann barker born in 1858.
they all had the same father henry barker.
any information would be great ie if they were married or had children thanks"

However Henry and Anne Warry married in 1848 - Henry Warry Barker is almost certainly theirs with that combination of names (baptism shows Mother Anne) and the Mary Ann Barker born 1857 in Exeter has mmn Warry. So they are likely to be siblings not step siblings. BC's needed.

Is it possible that Anna Maria and Mary Ann are one and the same person??? Or are both named in the will that we have no access to.

Although Birth registration began in Q3 1837, there was no penalty until the mid 1870's for not registering a birth. Anna may not have been registered or may have been born abroad.

The mothers maiden name was Warrey

It's not unusual to have the mums maiden name as a second name for the children

henry was born in 1823 we are not sure when anna maria was born but we think it was before her brother henry warrey

https://probatesearch.service.gov.uk/Calendar?surname=barker&yearOfDeath=1895&page=2#calendar

Henry Barker of 1 Hall Street, Colne Lancashire retired Major from Her Majesty's army died 16 February 1895. Probate Lancaster 1 April to Hannah Barker widow and Anna Maria Barker spinster. Effects £1036 16s 1d

Presume you actually have a copy of the will rather than just the probate record. If she is named as Anna Maria Barker then she too didn't marry up to the date of the will being signed.

However if in 1895 she is in Middx. how do you relate that to her being born in Middx.

I posted 2 possible birth records. Impossible for them to be sisters as Mary Ann born Q3 1857 Exeter mmn Warry and the other anna Maria Q4 1857 East Stonehouse mmn Horrell.
AS Henry has the middle name of Warrey then presume the Mary Ann birth is correct and not the Anna Maria one.

Nicola Report 27 Mar 2019 18:35

She's named as his daughter from the county of Middlesex in his will dated 1895
