Nothing showing in newspapers or parish records on FMP so you would have to buy cert for exact date, if that is needed

because if they have died their death record has not been picked up by fmp or ancestry so they are considerede as living

Records are closed for anyone under 100 years of age whose death has not been proven. So more open each year.

The 1939 register became the basis for the NHS and was updated until around 1990 before it went digital. Since then, the genealogy sites are trying to determine if people have died so they can open further records.

If you want to open a record you can do so by providing a death certificate.

the closed records are almost certainly the children of the marriage

Look for their births on freebmd, using the surnames as your criteria
