	I have the following baptism (lancs online parish clerk) but i a little confused when it comes to the year as it clearly states 1717/18 Baptism: 30 Jan 1717/8 St Peter and St Paul, Ormskirk, Lancashire, England Eliz. Lomax - Daughter of Tho. Lomax Abode: Burs[cough] Register: Baptisms 1699 - 1743, Page 55 Source: LDS Film 1849663 My second question relates to the Father - Thomas who I am trying to find. Elizabeth married Joseph Whiteley 03/01/1743 at St Peter and St Paul, Ormskirk, Lancashire, England Thanks

	Top of the page om image says July 1717, so following logically down the page the baptism on 30th Jan is in 1718. ( Findmypast image)
