Need help to find out what happen to Arthur Albert Phillip born 24 Nov 1859 Paddington Middlesex 1871 census he was 11yrs old living Brighton Died in Nov 1882 at sea 23 yrs old Drowned This info is handed down no evidence is available to support this . be grateful for many help thanks Rose
