Peter T Vernon married 1952, Aldershot ( was he in the army perhaps?)
daughter born Liverpool mmn Fry.

https://www.freebmd.org.uk

Shows birth of Walter 1925 and Peter T 1930 with mmn showing - West Derby RD

Peter T marriage 1952 (did he join the Army?)

2 births to the correct surname combination following that in Liverpool

Births of the 2 sons you name in Exeter RD but unless the Mother had been married before, not seeing a marriage to the mmn recorded (or maybe marriage not in England /Wales)

Births of the 4 other children show in Exeter, again mmn listed but not seeing a marriage with that surname

There are several Peter Vernons unfortunately so picking out the marriages may be difficult.

Is it really necessary to mention the prison term?

What is your reason for askIng about this man?

Have you done anything yourself about looking for info?

A Peter Vernon with the dob you posted shows on the 1939 register at

Cottage Homes, Liverpool C.B., Lancashire, England

(1 person)
First name(s) Last name(s) Birth year DOB Sex Occupation Marital status Schedule Schedule Sub Number
Peter (Theodore) Vernon 1930 01 Apr 1930 Male At School Single 2 162
Ref: RG101/4395G/009/30 Letter Code: NICX

As the transcript is open, then it looks as though he has died (although not showing on the original nor bmd's so after 2007? ).

Open on the original page is a Walter Vernon b 1925 which doesn't show on transcript.

Peter's Dad- Jack Vernon we are told, was an irish immigrant who came from Ireland for a better life and settled in Liverpool, he was supposed to be in the police force ( ironic)

Peter Married unknown and had 2 daughters we still think in Liverpool
around 1950ish

Peter left his first wife and married a Joan in Devon - Exeter or Dawlish
Two sons were Born

Mark Anthony Vernon 1962 and Kevin Vernon

Peter then married a Sandra and lived in Starcross - Devon
And had
Jason, Shaun, Katrina and Wayne - We are told Wayne died

I know its really sketchy but i'm hoping someone with experience can help me piece together the fragments
