I’m wondering if anyone could do a 1939 look up for me please?

I’m looking for William George Clarke who was born on February 29th 1904 in Tring, Hertfordshire and in 1927 William married Olive Annie Connelly. There may be several closed records as they had 5 children by 1939 though four of those 5 children are now deceased. The fifth child was born in 1939 so may not appear yet. At some point after 1929 the family moved to Hemel Hempstead. Olive was born in Mountain Ash, Glamorganshire in 1907.
