FMP announced today that there are over 79,000 closed records that have been opened to mark the 80th Anniversary of the Register (29th September).

The opened records are available ONLY on FMP

My brother, photo taken in September 1991 just a couple of weeks before he died. ............................................................ To help us and to get better results, please post as much detail as you can, especially name, date(s) and place. Also say what you already know.

Thanks Sylvia but not one of those 79,000 appears to be my long lost daddy !!!

That would be good!!

I expect my aunt and uncle will now be open ...... they died in Australia, but would now be about 125 :-D
