I've found that on GR, but can't figure out how to (a) add it to Keepsafe and (b) make it viewable by others.

This is the URL, but I don't suppose it will work unless you spend GR credits.

EDIT:
That link works on my computer, but maybe that's because I'm logged in and have paid the credits.

The article says:

BLACKPOOL THRILL

Hoidaymakers cheer bravery

BATTLE WITH WAVES

A 20-year-old Nottinghamshire YMCA worker, Miss Jean Haxby, of Birkland Avenue, while holidaying at Blackpool, has become heroine of a thrilling sea rescue, in which an 8-year-old boy was saved.
The boy, Alan Kenworthy, son of Mr and Mrs Fred Kenworthy, of Trent Street, Lytham, was playing on the boating jetty, when he fell into the sea.
The water was choppy, and a fast ebb-tide flowing, and the boy was swept rapidly towards the end of the pier.
Miss Haxby, who had been bathing, plunged to the rescue, and after a long search, in which she had to battle against heavy waves, she managed to reach and grasp the drowning boy.

UNCONSCIOUS BOY
By this time, others on the pier, noting Miss Haxby's peril, had plunged into the surf, and swum to her assistance, as she endeavoured to support the now unconscious boy above the level of the sea.
Mr George Gomery, superintendent of Blackpool mussel purification plant, himself a strong swimmer, had heard the commotion from the pier.
He at once ran along the wall of the mussel works to a spot opposite that at which the crowd were watching Miss Haxby's struggle with the sea, and plunged fully clothed to her assistance.
He reached the Nottingham girl just as she was being forced to relinquish her burden, and together they brought the boy to the beach.
Miss Haxby received a great ovation from the hundreds of holiday-makers who witnessed her bravery.
Mr Gomery applied artificial respiration, and the boy was later taken to hospital.
Miss Haxby is an audit clerk employed by Hubart, Duross and Pain, of Nottingham.

I wonder if anyone could find a marriage between
AUGUSTINE HARVEY and JEAN HAXBY

I have looked on free BMD but no luck

Their first child was born in 1927 in Bangor Wales and their 2nd one in 1951 in Wigan Lancashire

Augustine was born in 1906 in Stone Staffordshire.
No Idea when or where Jean was born

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks
