This is a tricky one as he is transported around 1844 but may have come back. I have a lot of age references for him due to his criminal record as follows below.

17 Mar 1830 = 33 (1797)
23 Feb 1833 = 35 (1798)
1841 census = 40 (1801 not likely)
6 Jan 1844 = 46 (1798)
The following may be him if he returned after transportation.
5 Feb 1869 = 70 (1799)
4 Jan 1873 = 76 (1797)

He was born in Northamptonshire and lived in Tansor, Warmington and around Oundle. I have looked through the parish registers for these on the dates listed but nothing. He may not have been baptised but I just wondered if anybody else could pull something up.
