Many of the properties are listed as,,,,,XYZ Villa as an address,,,,,,"St Neots" is then followed by 17, Windsor Road.,

ST Neots is the name of the house.

The address before it is 3 Elm Villas, Lindford.
Elm Villas are on Liphook Road, per Google maps.

The address after it is 17 Windsor Road.
Windsor Road joins Liphook Road more or less at right angles, just south of Elm Villas.


So I would guess that St Neots was either on Liphook Road, at the junction with Windsor Road, or else on Windsor Road, near the junction.

On Google maps, 17 Windsor Road is not the nearest building to the junction..
Windsor Road seems to up as far as No 20.

Some of the houses in the Elm Villas stretch of Liphook Road look more modern than pre-1939

Carrying on,Windsor Road is then numbered 17 to No 40....then XYZ Villas resume,..

After 40 Windsor Road (on the 1939 image) , there's Aberdeen House (which, per Google maps) is on the corner, at the junction of Liphook Road and Windsor Road - it still has the name over the door.

Then the 1939 record moves on to Chase Villas.
