Can anyone please tell me anything about JOHN TWYNNING of WOGAN,

I have him as born 1551 and died 1623,

I have also heard a rumour that There is a link to the TWINING Tea Company. This would be lovely news to pass onto my mother as we are DIRECT DESCENDANTS.

Thanks

Anthony Hill

The only way to establish any familial link is to work backwards, generation by generation.

One name, in isolation, is not of any use.

What is the source of the rumour to which you refer?

Previous thread of yours - ChrisHo gave several possible sources of info. Did you follow any of them up?

and another about more recent generations but no replies !

There would appear to be other posts on Ancestry if you google.

If you'd returned to your thread in 2017, you might have been further ahead with your research by now

Do you still want info about the people you asked for in 2005?
