Hello, could someone take a look at an obituary in the British Newspaper archives for Margaret Bates who died 15 October 1847 aged 60 wife of Joseph Bates, father John Boazman. The death occurred In Chapel En Le Frith, Derbyshire. I got the above information from Family Search. Thank you.

You need to buy the death cert, Marian, if you want to know the exact date of death.

The obituary, printed on 12th (or 13th ?) November (posted by LancashireAnn) , says she died on 15th October, but the info from FMP, as posted by ErikaH, says she died on 15th November, which is impossible - two days after the obituary.

15th October looks the more likely date.

?? Is this the same woman?
