Unfortunately in 1911 there are lots of Agnes Curries and Agnes Russells of the right age (+/- 1), but none with middle initial D, so impossible to know which could be her.

Nine of the Agnes Russells were living with a James Russell in Glasgow, but none of them was in either Possilpark or St Rollox districts.

Have just edited the original post RG - too late last night to delve further !!

The possible second marriage posted by Greyghost is her daughter's marriage. She die in 2001 in Dundee aged 82.

That daughter's birth was registered in Possilpark. If you look at the Russell births registered in that district you should be able to identify the births of some of her children. Then compare the list with Russell deaths with mmn Currie. For example there is a William Gebbie Russell, almost certainly her son.

Her Birth registration was in 1889, so possibly born mid November 1888 onwards as 6 weeks allowed to register

I have been researching my Family Tree for about 16 years now, and on more than one occasion have come against a brick wall. The brick wall in this, is Agnes Dale Currie b 1888 in Coatbridge, Scotland. She was the daughter of William Gebbie Currie and Elizabeth Ness. William was the brother of my Great Grandfather Robert Currie. I have only been able to trace her up to the 1901 Census for Scotland and then I can't find her again. She may have married a James Russell in Glasgow, but not sure.
