Thanks Kath, I was hoping to find that the grooms had the same father. This family seem to use both Cook and Breeze as their surname and they are driving me mad! :-D

Thanks Erika, I have what I think are the two boys in the 1841 census recorded with the surname Cook living with Hannah and Richard Breeze in Newbury. I think my next step is a trip to the library to find their baptisms!

If I'm right Richard's father James is recorded in the 1841 census as James Breeze living with a Judith Breeze and his son Jesse Breeze +William Bowles and Harry Bowles The William Bowles in the 1851 census could well be the one in 1841 living with his mother Judith Breeze. She seems to have split from James after 1841 and is later recorded as Judith Bowles.
