Ive been given some information from 1939 register
June Slater (June Buldis) dob 8 Oct 1938.
Address 54 Biddulph, Staffordshire.

My questions are
1. is the name June BULDIS her married name as I can't find that surname anywhere in birth, marriages or deaths ?? Her birth name is Slater.
2. The fact that her record shows at all and is not hidden - does that mean she has
passed away?
3. Could anyone please tell me who else is in this household?

The ???? name looks like Horatio W. on the image to me.

June’s married name does look like Burris on the image.
