Maurice Victor Martin
B:18 Oct 1920 in Croydon, Surrey, England
D:09 Feb 1967 in Balam, London, London, England
(All confirmed by BMD Certificates).

Checked Ancestry / GR / Billion graves / Deceased on line / UK, Burial and Cremation Index, 1576-2014- but cannot find any record of cremation or burial. How can that be - there must be a record somewhere! Can anyone recommend another site or source of information I can search please?

Not all records are online - especially for comparatively recent events

When the current situations eases, get in touch with the cemetery nearest to the place of death

Thank you ErikaH,
tried several oroughs in London without success. Even went back to the family church in Croydon. Good to know that there isnt an easy solution that I have missed. I will try again with local sources post lockdown as you suggest.
