Her death certificate might give you her maiden name.

You should also be able to get her maiden name by looking for Abrahams 1850 birth on the GRO.

If this is Susan's death, then either age out or your year of birth from census is. would make her born 1824/5

Abraham Arnold was born in 1824 in Shropshire. His first wife was Susan (from the census, I don't know her maiden name). She was born in 1827 in Shropshire. I can't find a marriage for them. Susan died in 1857 and Abraham married Jane Tams. Abraham's and Susan's first child, Abraham, was born in 1850. I've tried Ancestry, Free BMD, Find My Past and Family Search but to no avail.
