Chris, what do you know about Thomas Smith's mother whose maiden name was Adams?

He's not at 121 Ascot Avenue in 1921 Census.

There's a family there who I can see on the image, but who don't seem to come up when searching by name.

The image is blurry, but hovering the cursor over the names it says

Osaid Emma (though it looks like David Brown to me), 39, Scotland, immigrated 1908.
Kate Emma (Brown?), wife, 38, England,, immigrated 1909.
Edith, daughter, 8, Ontario.

I don't see him in 1911 with that or obviously similar employer.

William H is not the William Henry or William Harold born in 1906 in the records posted as suggestions by Shirley.
He's clearly older than that.
