	Could anyone help me who belongs to Find My Past in finding a will for a Louisa Shilstone who died in India in 1860. I have been told that her will appears in FMP Also can her marriage be found in 1851 her name was Louisa Rodyk Many thanks jenny

Member Since: July 2005 Posts: 10,497 Send Message	Briefly - In his will William Nelson Shilstone directs that the annual income from his stocks and shares shall be invested unto his dear wife Louisa during her life but that is dependant that she maintain, educate and bring up his sons until the age of 21 and his daughters the same unless they marry earlier. After the death of his wife the monies from the stocks and shares to his children in trust etc. Children named are Indiana Mary Helena, Richard William, William Nelson, Louisa Magdalena, Ellen Mary, Walter Arthur Augustus and Charles Allan

	All the above posts are all correct. My 2x Gt Grandfather was William Nelson Shilstone Sometimes spelt Shelston plus other variations. He married 3 times. His first wife i do not know her name but they had a daughter Indianna (Judianna) born 21st August 1834.In Calcutta. Maybe the mother died after the birth. Would love to know the name of the mother. His second marriage was to Mary Ann North (my 2x Gt Grandmother) who was very young and died in 1850 The 3rd Marriage was to Louisa Rodyk Thanks for all the help jenny
