Find Ancestors

Can anyone help me find these two on the 1911 and 1921 census. I believe they live in Vine Cottage, Quarry Street, Torpoint, Cornwall. I have traced them on all previous census but have not been able to find them on 1911 one. I realize that not many have access to 1921 census so am not holding out any hope there.

Not showing for 1911 but certainly still alive then!

In 1921 they're suffering from one of the many mistranscriptions.

The transcriber has somehow amalgamated them as one person.

Lots of other names on the Summary Books are also missing from the full 1911 records.

Comparing the Summary Books entries with the full 1911 records as shown on Ancestry -
the full records jump from Sydney Vintner at Udal Garth (on image 18 of the Summary Book, and image 418-419 in the full records of District 9) to Peter Broad (image 19 in the Summary, and images 420-421 in the full records of District 9), whose address is 1 Harbour Street on the summary. In the full record his address is written as 22 Harvey Street, corrected to 1 Harbour Street.

Between those two people in the Summary Book there are households on Upland Terrace, Florence Terrace, and Quarry Street, including Vine Cottage, which are all missing from the full records.
