Have they actually got the certificates to confirm the parents names ?

I have a Daphne Mary Bennett born 1936 MMN Bailey ( also a sister June, born 1931) whose parents could be Arthur E Bennett and Mabel B Bailey who married September qtr 1927 at Hammersmith in London, I cannot find anything about Arthur and Mabel and wondered if anyone out there can help.
