There isn't a suitable male Neason death between the daughters births and a marriage for Minnie in 1920 unless surname spelt wrongly, WW1 only death is of a New Zealander died 1917 aged 21

Thank you all for the above. There are various spellings for John Niehsen which makes it tricky trying to find out what happened to him after the 1911 census. Did he go back to Germany when war was imminent or was he interned? Did he die naturally? Thank you all again, I appreciate the help.

Margaret's marriage cert might tell you if her father was alive or deceased in 1934.
