Hi, my name is Ann-Marie Young and I am married to Graeme Young, his father's name is Alex Young and the family moved to Redcar in the early 60's. Alex and Mary lived in Stevenson. My husband Graeme was born in Kilwinning as was his elder brother James Gordon (known as Gordon). My father in law Alex worked for ICI in Ardair? (sorry for the spelling) and previous to that in the ship yards in Glasgow. His father was a butcher on the isle of Aaron. alex had a brother Wilf whose whereabouts are not known. I know my husband has twin cousins (girls) who now live in the south of england. Graeme was born in 1957 and his parents were married in 1951 i belive. I would love to trace my husbands family and would like to hear from anyone who thinks they may related to us. Thank you for reading this request. |
