Vivian Turner. I have my family history in Hayfield Derbyshire till late 1700. my side of the family moved to Stalybridge Ches about 1890. would be great to hear of other Turners who go back to Hayfield or Stalybridge.

donlt think you will be hearing = this is a very old posting - you could try to make contact with the poster via GR by clicking on her name

in the meantime you should delete your email address as it is not allowed by GR

Hi Pauline, you could try putting your family's names into the search box above to see if anyone else on this site has them in their tree. If you find a connection, you can contact the tree owner.

Why not start a new thread of your own telling us what/who you are looking for and what info you already have, and I am sure someone will be able to help you.

Thanks to you both. I started a thread recently, 1217747 & I would still appreciate help to go further back/validate possibilities for the Turner family in Hayfield. Derek, Janey & others have added several strong possibilities for my Turner ancestors in the mid 1800s but maybe I continue looking out other 'Turner seekers'! through surnames info. board..
