HI, IM FROM THE aITKEN FAMILY BORN IN RENFREWSHIRE, GLASGOW. WE LIVED IN GLASGOW TILL 1971 THEN MOVED TO LIVINGSTON. MY FATHERS NAME IS WILLIAM BARRIE AITKEN WHO MARRIED ELIZABETH MILLER HARPER IN 1955. BOTH HAVE NOW PASSED AWAY. HIS FATHERS NAME IS WILLIAM AITKEN BARRIE WHO MARRIED JANE HAMILTON DUFF. THERE CHILDREN(MY AUNTS AND UNCLES ARE. ROBERT ALEXANDER AITKEN, ALISTAIR AITKEN, ISOBEL ALISON AITKEN. MY GREAT GRANDFATHER IS GEORGE AITKEN BARRIE, BORN 10TH FEB 1865 WHO MARRIED ALISON WALKER. MY G.G GRANDPARENTS GEORGE AITKEN BORN ABOUT 1834 WHO MARRIED JANET BARRIE. G.G.G.GRANDPARENTS THOMAS AITKEN 4 SEP 1791 WHO MARRIED JANET ANDERSON. ALL LIVED IN THE CUMBERNAULD AREA.
