Hi Everyone - my information for searching for my HALL family is somewhat flimsy. All I know is that Catherine Mary HALL was the daughter of Norah HALL - Catherine was born in Tipperary and it is possible that she had a sister and a brother. Catherine was 14 years old when her family migrated to Tasmania, however I have not been able to find any records of her entry into Tasmania. According to her certificate she spent 10 years in Tasmania, 15 years in New South Wales and 40 years in Vitoria. Catherine marries John Charles (or Charles John) CADMAN at Narranderra Station in N.S.W. where she had been working as a maid. She was aged 37 years at the time of her marriage. If anyone thinks they may be related to, or have knowledge of this family, please contact me and I will be more than happy to pass on information of the Australian chapter. Regards, TIA, Kerry |
