I was adoptied in october 1983, I have some details so joined this site to see if I could get any where, but have had no luck so far. My mothers name was Annette Jackson at the time but could be married now, I have a half sister called Claire. Both fathers are unknown. I have two aunties and three uncles, one auntie and one uncle were married at the time. Three uncles and one auntie were living at home. My grandfathers name is Geoffrey Jackson, he was born in 1924 but I don't know where, and my grandmothers name is Pearl, don't know her maiden name. She was born in 1928. I don't know if they are still alive as they were ill at the time of my adoption. In 1983 the family were living in the Eckington area of Derbyshire. Any help would been greatful, as I would like to get in contact. Thanks.
