Seeking any information on Taylor's born in Wroxton, Nr. Banbury, Oxfordshire. Can anyone remember via their parents, or have had past ancstors that were born in Wroxton? If so I would love to hear from you. Below are some some of the Taylor's concerned. William Taylor b.1782 mar: Catherine Archer.1804. Horely, Oxon Charle's Taylor b.1812/3 mar: Hannah Dale. 1837 Broughton. Offspring -- Son. Henry Taylor b. 1850 mar: Eliza Beales B.? d. 1883. Wroxton. Worked in Deddington, as Servant and Groom, until his wife died. Whereabouts after 1883 unknown. Son. Daniel Taylor b. 1852 mar: Mary Ann Hughes, Claydon. 1901 census shows that Daniel was a Publican at the Black Horse, Wroxton. Son. John Taylor,b. 1840, mar: 1865. Wroxton, Sarah Leach, b. ? Kirtling, Cambridgeshire. Brother William, was a Witness to the marriage. Moved to Bishops Tachbrook, Warwick. Son. William,b. 1838, North Newington. was shown on the 1861 census living with parents Charles & Hannah. After 1865, I haven't been able to find his whereabouts, whether he married? and to whom? is unknown. No infomation on him at all. If anyone should recognise or know of anything about these names or of any of the other Wroxton Taylor's I would love to hear from you. Many thank's. Thelma Shillingford
